1. Definitions

• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming outcome, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3. Eligibility

To use fika77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP, passport, or equivalent).

• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions or restrictions.
• You must register using your own legal name and accurate personal information. Accounts registered under false identities will be terminated.
• You may hold only one account per person. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited.

fika77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of request will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration

To use fika77, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. You may not register an account on behalf of any other person.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized the activity. You must immediately notify fika77 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

fika77 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we will require you to submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) issued within the last 3 months.
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for biometric verification.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will be restricted from placing further bets until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on fika77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We accept deposits via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. fika77 does not charge any fees for deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge its own processing fees; these are beyond our control.

Deposits are typically credited to your fika77 account within 2–10 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. fika77 does not charge withdrawal fees.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Under 5 minutes during banking hours; 1–24 hours off-hours.
• Other Banks (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Danamon, BSI, Permata): 1–6 hours during banking hours; up to 48 hours off-hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Under 10 minutes during peak hours; up to 2 hours off-peak.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may require additional review and take up to 72 hours to process.

5.3 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

To prevent money laundering, fika77 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least 1x (one times) before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting this minimum wagering requirement may be subject to a 5% administrative fee.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

fika77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to our members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. General rules governing bonuses include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified accounts in good standing. Duplicate accounts are not eligible for bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a rollover (wagering) requirement, typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount, before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10–50%; some games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per spin/hand is typically Rp 50.000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time period (usually 7–30 days from bonus activation).
• One Bonus at a Time: You may only have one active bonus at any given time. Activating a new bonus before completing the current one will forfeit the old bonus.

fika77 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including (but not limited to): operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, collusion with other players, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of fraudulent or unfair play.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on fika77 are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming the wager. fika77 is not responsible for user error in bet placement.

The maximum payout for any single bet or accumulator (mix parlay) is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah). Winnings exceeding this amount will be capped at the maximum payout limit.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on fika77 include football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports authority. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets are settled based on the final score after applying the handicap. Over/Under bets are settled based on the total goals/points scored. Mix parlay accumulators require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire accumulator loses.

7.3 Live Betting (In-Play)

fika77 offers live betting on selected matches. Odds and markets update in real-time. Due to the fast-paced nature of live betting, there may be slight delays between the event occurring and odds being updated. fika77 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has occurred if we determine the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

7.4 Casino Games

All casino games on fika77 (slots, live casino, table games) operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game. fika77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.5 Togel (Numbers Lottery)

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results on fika77 are derived from official lottery draw results published by recognized lottery authorities. Draw times and prize structures are published on the togel game pages. All togel bets are final once the draw has commenced.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fika77 and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Underage Gambling: Any user under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through low-risk betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using software, scripts, or bots to place bets automatically.
• Money Laundering: Using fika77 to launder funds from illegal sources.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after deposits have been made.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the fika77 platform.

fika77 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious account activity. Accounts found in violation of these Terms will be closed, and fika77 may report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

fika77 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and ensure accurate odds and game outcomes, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. fika77 shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Third-party payment processing delays (bank transfer delays, e-wallet technical issues).
• Errors in odds or game results caused by obvious technical errors. In such cases, affected bets will be voided.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of fika77.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of fika77 shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination and Closure

10.2 Self-Exclusion

10.3 Termination by fika77

• Your account poses a security risk to fika77 or other users.

Upon termination, any outstanding balance will be forfeited if the termination was due to a breach of these Terms. If termination was not due to a breach, your balance will be returned after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
